The fine views were amazing, and the warm hospitality. Be sure to enjoy the nearby restaurant for good meals! Don't miss the early morning walks in the peaceful countryside.

Thank you for a relaxing stay. It's fairly large small hotel, everything is perfect here. It has an unbeatable location short walk to lovely coastline, beautiful grounds, and a lovely establishment.

It was spotlessly clean with wonderfully helpful and attentive staff especially the manager.

Parking area lacks clearly marked spaces!!! Outer amenities could use a serious upgrade. The furniture and aesthetics outside are too basic!!!

Cozy stay with friendly vibes

Nice place for a night away. The room was pretty comfy, and the staff was super friendly! Really enjoyed the breakfast. The portions were more than enough. Only thing was the shower took a bit to heat up, but not a dealbreaker. Solid spot for a quick getaway.

The surroundings provided a pleasant backdrop, with well-fitted accommodations and charming outdoor spaces. While the attic room was quirky and characterful, its layout may not suit everyone's preferences. While the space was comfortable, a few amenities could use updates. The experience was good, and we look forward to returning.

I appreciated the variety in breakfast options, specifically the extra toast with honey I received. The shower in the beautiful double room provided a refreshing experience after a long day.

Cozy and Unique Stay!

I had such a nice time here! The room was super comfy, and I loved the little South African artifacts around. Plus, the dinner menu was small but delish, and breakfast was freshly cooked. Just wish the bar closed a bit later, felt kinda early for a nightcap.

Great time with friends! We enjoyed kitesurfing at a nearby center and explored the maze of cobbled streets in Rye. The staff were super friendly, and our room was comfy. Don't miss the delicious breakfast and the cozy lounge area to unwind after a day out. It's a lovely spot to base your adventures in the area!

Our room was a bit cold initially, but it warmed up fine overnight. Just be aware to adjust the heating right away.

a charming stay close to nature and city attractions

The hospitality was really good. The nearby Hastings Country Park, less than 2 km away, was perfect for my weekend strolls and exploring the beautiful surroundings.

I thoroughly enjoyed the charming antique decor throughout the hotel with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The spacious lounges were easy to navigate.

Better signage for amenities would help seniors.

The location is peaceful n perfect for visiting places like rye n hastings. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved chillin in the hotel's lovely reception areas. Breakfast was good and fresh, just what i needed to start the day.

I had the most good time in a Beautiful Double Room with Bath! The quirky decor filled with cultural artifacts. Not to mention, the staff, especially Nick and Bella, treated us like family!
